World Sight Day with Frankwatching

Frankwatching page with Macular Degeneration vision

Today, October 8, 2020, is World Sight Day. Vision2020 initiated this day, happening on every second Thursday of October, with the intention to pay extra attention to improving conditions for blind and partially sighted people. Worldwide, more than a billion people have vision problems. About 80% of them can be helped relatively easily if, for example, they could gain access to glasses.

In collaboration with Frankwatching we publish an article on their platform on the occasion of today: World Sight Day. Here we show how visually challenged people see your website. And what various solutions there are to help people with different forms of low vision. We have used an article by Ivar Illing which we published on our blog in June as a basis. Frankwatching.com is the largest online marketing platform in the Netherlands with about 450,000 followers. We are therefore very happy that we can use their platform to publish substantive articles. In the near future, articles by Aally will be available on Frankwatching more often.
